Bb. Pilipinas 2011 marked the second of what has been three-peat Top 5 placement in Miss Universe with Architect Shamcey Supsup being crowned as Miss Universe Philippines 2011 and eventually becoming 3rd Runner Up in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Dianne Necio, Bb. Pilipinas 2010 1st Runner Up resigned from her contract to be able to compete. She was crowned as Bb. Pilipinas International 2011. She made it to Miss International 2011 Top 15 and won the award Miss Internet.
Isabella Manjon was crowned as Bb. Pilipinas Tourism. She competed in Miss Tourism Queen International 2011 and took home the special award Miss Charity.
Janine Tugonon and Mary Jean Lastimosa were the first and second runners-up of that year respectively. Both resigned from their titles to compete in Bb. Pilipinas 2012 but had different faith. Janine was crowned as Miss Universe Philippines while MJ was a semifinalist.
