With SMA and BPCI changing rules in the recently concluded Bb. Pilipinas 2013 last April 14, we didn't see a repeat that happened for two consecutive years where runners-up took the risk of their placements (with 2010 1st Runner Up Dianne Necio joining in 2011 and 2011 Runners-up Janine Tugonon (who later on became Miss Universe Philippines 2012) and Mary Jean Lastimosa joining the 2012 edition). Elaine Kay Moll and Annalie Forbes awarded their respective successors in Mutya Datul and Pia Wurtzbach.
Elaine still maintained the title Bb. Pilipinas 2012 1st RU, it was evident during the Coronation Night that she was introduced separately during the Farewell to the Queens that she was recognized as Miss Supranational 2012 3rd RUand not Miss Supranational Philippines. If this means that SMA/BPCI will give her the green light to compete in 2014 or 2015, that we just have to find out. Age-wise, Elaine is going on 22 something, enough time to join if she wants to.

Annalie Forbes meanwhile is probably one of JDV's top gems right now for winning 2nd RU in 2012. Though she is short height-wise, I do believe a return trip to the Binibini will not be far from impossible. While waiting for their contracts to end in October, you may probably see her mounting on several concerts, just as "Invincible" which happened last month.
