Miss Philippines Earth - Sta. Rita Pampanga: Angelie Ocampo

One of my top bets for the Miss Philippines Earth crown is Angelie Ocampo who hails from Sta. Rita, Pampanga. She is one of the six entries of Aces and Queens and is prominently included in all Prediction Games as part of the Top 5 of MPE 2014, only time will tell by the way if the next Miss Philippines-Earth will come from Aces and Queens.

 

Past winners of Miss Tourism Queen International including Philippines' Justine Gabionza who won the title in 2006 were recently in China for the promo event of MTQI 2014.

With this at hand, we thought that Miss Tourism Queen International 2014 is bound to happen soon as they start gathering all the winners and top finalists to advertise MTQI, if this pushes through, this will be a great news for Bb. Pilipinas Tourism Parul Shah who we really want to see and compete in this contest.

Justine Gabionza looks fabulous here isn't she? May she be the lucky charm of the Philippines this 2014.

 

Miss Philippines Earth 2014 candidates had their Hairstyling Competition at Robinson's Sta. Rosa with the following winners: 

GOLD - Miss Makati City (Mary Anne Ross Misa) 

SILVER - Miss Gapan City (Bianca Paz)

BRONZE - Miss Sta. Rita, Pampanga (Angelie Ocampo) 

 

Bianca Paz and Mary Anne Ross Misa: Will one of them win the crown? 

While there are a lot of ladies who can win Miss Philippines Earth 2014 this year, there is no denying that Bianca Paz and Mary Anne Ross Misa own probably the greatest of all chances, because of experiences, because of their camps and because of their will to finally win a national title. 

Bianca comes from KF and was a product of Bb. Pilipinas 2009 and two editions of Miss World Philippines in 2011 and 2013 where she was adjudged as 3rd Runner Up. Up until 2013, KF holds the record in winning the Miss Philippines-Earth crown, there is no magic formula in it but Rodgil Flores probably has perfect formula for Miss Philippines Earth.

Ross meanwhile is a product of Aces and Queens and was a product of Bb. Pilipinas 2010 and Miss World Philippines 2012 where she was 1st Princess to Miss World Philippines 2012 Queenie Rehman. Aces and Queens does not send bets more often to Miss Philippines Earth but the idea of winning the title can be sweet for A&Q.

I'll go with either one of them if Miss Philippines-Earth look about readiness to compete, they had been there, done that and are more than ready if one of them succeeds Angelee Claudett Delos Reyes and become Miss Philippines-Earth 2014.

 

With Kagandahang Flores' success in the recent Bb. Pilipinas pageant, it is no secret that Rodgil Flores will want to match it in the other national pageants. He has sent a fair share of good bets in the ongoing Miss Philippines Earth 2014 pageant and now, his camp is busy preparing for Miss World Philippines 2014, with Miss Dumaguete 2013 winner Lorraine Kendrickson as his top bet.

I'll still be needing to look at other Miss World Philippines candidates to know where Lorraine can be but on my books I think she is one of the candidates to watch out for. 

 

Miss Philippines Earth 2014 is in thick of things for its preparation for the 13th Edition.

Angelee Claudett Delos Reyes (reigning Miss Philippines Earth) and her elemental queens Nancy Leonard, Alma Cabasal, Athina Chia and Bernadette Aguirre are in thick of preparations for the 13th Edition of Miss Philippines-Earth to happen on the 11th of May, 2014. Through the MPE Official Page, you will see all five of them joining the ladies this year in their activities and attending sponsors events.

Pretty much a fulfilling year for Angelee's batch, don't you think? ;)

 

Instead of appointing Miss Grand Philippines 2014 from the top lady in the Bb. Pilipinas 2014 which is Kenneth Santiago, John Dela Vega and The House of JDV are in the thick of preparations for the Miss Grand Philippines 2014 pageant. 

Among the JDV girls I saw in the recent Bb. Pilipinas, I would like to see Vessica Sambo and Kenneth Santiago give this pageant a try. 

Reigning Miss Grand Philippines is Ali Forbes, who was also the Miss Grand International 2013 3rd Runner Up. 

 

The next edition of Miss Tourism World Philippines will have Ms. Crislet Gerona (MTWP 2013 - Mindanao) as the reigning queen to crown Miss Tourism World Philippines 2014. Aiyana Mickiewicz was either resigned/dethroned due to her pregnancy.

Crislet will oversee the activities for MTWP 2014.

  

Andrew Wolff: Mister World Philippines 2012 

CQGQ, official licensee of the Mister and Miss World franchise and Ayala Malls recently launched the search for Mister World Philippines 2014. The biennial competition is open to gentlemen 17 to 27 years old with bodies ready for competition just like how Andrew did it last year where he placed second behind Francisco Escobar.

The launch was attended by the reigning Mister World Philippines, Miss World 2011 1st Princess Gwendoline Ruais, Cory Quirino and members of Ayala Malls.

The winner of Mister World Philippines represents the country to the Mr. World 2014 competition in June.

The Bb. Pilipinas 2014 winners had been busy with various TV guestings, appearances, interviews left and right, you would know that they probably have less sleep this days but it does not really show especially when you encounter this picture (courtesy of sashfactor.info).

Loving the aura of the 7 ladies (5 titleholders + 2 runners-up) regardless of their previous camp affiliations that they treat each other like sisters.

 

A new title in the Bb. Pilipinas Franchise was given last Sunday during the Bb. Pilipinas 2014 and a lady that made history is Kris Tiffany Janson, candidate # 13 was awarded as the first Bb. Pilipinas Intercontinental.

Unlike MJ, Bianca, Yvethe and Parul, Kris will not enjoy the perk of having the former titleholder to guide her towards the Miss Intercontinental but Kris' chances should not left undainted because the BPCI lead by Madam Stella Marquez Araneta and her camp, Rodgil Flores of KF will make sure that they will cover all ends in the Germany contest. Who knows, Kris will win the Miss Intercontinental crown ;) ? 

Last year, Mutya Johanna Datul set history by winning Miss Supranational 2013, which makes it a bit pressuring for the new Miss Supranational Philippines, Yvethe Marie Santiago. 

While I had her as an alternative to Miss Universe Philippines, Yvethe can be a perfect fit to Miss Supranational, the statuesque beauty will train under Aces and Queens and will have the guidance of the reigning titleholder in Johanna. 

So ask me if a back-to-back is possible, I believe it is...
