During the Press Presentation of the Miss Philippines-Earth 2014 candidates, the reigning queens were joined by newly-installed Miss Philippines Fire Athina Karla Chia. Athina will be joining MPE activities in lieu of Kimverlyn Suiza's resignation to be able to join Bb. Pilipinas 2014.
