2 New Franchises were awarded under the Misters 2015 belt.
Originally Misters 2015 1st Runner Up, Don McGyver Cochico is now Manhunt International Philippines 2015 competing in the next Manhunt International where the reigning winner is June Macasaet.
Misters 2015 2nd Runner Up Kevin Fichera moves to 1st Runner Up, AR Dela Serna who was a finalist in the recent Misters 2015 is now 2nd Runner Up
A new male pageant, Man of the Year is also under the PEPP stable and they decided to handpick Karan Singhdole.
The Mister Global franchise is no longer with PEPP and is now with the Mister Philippines franchise, will update on what pageant will Rick Kristoffer Palencia join.
