Miss Tourism Philippines 2014 Cindy Madduma who represented the country in Miss Tourism in Venezuela last year will get another chance to represent the country in an international pageant with Miss Scuba International 2015.
Cindy is leaving no stones unturned as she made an effort to be a certified scuba diver in Bohol. She is leaving for the competition which would have its finals on November 27 at Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia.
