Our dear Philippine bet, Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach wore a National Costume by Albert Andrada and a gown from Oliver Tolentino since the one Pia was supposed to use did not arrive on time.
Reportedly, she would also be wearing an Albert Andrada "royal blue" evening gown for the Finals.
