Throughout the time I've been following Bb. Pilipinas, I wasn't sold on those termed to be "repeaters" except for those who I really found to be a standout, one of them is Emma Mary Tiglao.
Emma is still in the running for all crowns, however, she placed as Miss World Philippines 4th Princess for 2015 which may become a factor for her not to join this year's Nationals, but your blogger has really seen a large improvement over the time she joined Binibini in 2014.
Should she commit this time around or wait for Bb. Pilipinas 2017? This may seem to be a neck on neck battle for this coming 2016. Bb. Pilipinas 2016 , Emma Tiglao , Miss World Philippines 2015
