The 63rd Edition of Miss USA saw the crowning of Nia Sanchez from Nevada. Nia bested out 50 delegates to succeed Erin Brady and capture the Miss USA crown.

1st Runner Up - Audra Mari (Dakota)

2nd Runner Up - Tianna Griggs (Georgia) 

Nia will compete in Miss Universe 2014 where she would be meeting Miss Universe Philippines 2014 Mary Jean Lastimosa
