Mr. World Philippines John Spainhour has been back from Torquay and life seemed to have returned back to normal. Men's Health decided to use the 2014 representative as the cover boy of this month's magazine. It would be nice to learn how to be fit like this Ex-Marine and get to know him apart as a model and as our representative this year.
