Bb. Pilipinas 2014 Runners-Up: Laura Lehmann and Hannah Ruth Sison

Hannah Ruth Sison and Laura Victoria Lehman: Ladies rounding this years Bb. 2014 Winners
Laura Lehman (2014 1st Runner Up) and Hannah Sison (2014 2nd Runner Up) round out the winners of last night's Bb. Pilipinas 2014, while there is no guarantee of an international representation, Laura and Hannah will still enjoy a year's worth of representation of BPCI and its affiliates - Araneta Center, Gateway Mall et al.

As to joining, Laura and Hannah can still both take part this year with the extended age limit for Hannah's case. For now, let's see the two girls more with the 5 queens shall we?

Miss Asia Pacific World Philippines 2014: Hillarie Danielle Parungao

A little break for Bb. Pilipinas introducing to you this year's representative (appointed) to Miss Asia Pacific World Philippines: Hilarie Danielle Parungao.

Parungao, 22 is currently a model by profession. Hillarie succeeds Grendel Alvarado (2012) and Czarina Rosales (2013) and will be representing the country to the 2nd edition of the revamped Miss Asia Pacific World Super Talent in Korea.

The 51st Edition of Bb. Pilipinas will happen on Sunday, March 30 where Ariella Arida (2013 Miss Universe 3rd Runner Up), Bea Rose Santiago (Miss International 2013), Mutya Johanna Datul (Miss Supranational 2013) and Joanna Cindy Miranda (Miss Tourism Queen International 2013 Semifinalist). The Bb. Pilipinas-Intercontinental will also be given at the end of the event.

Just in: Miss Universe Gabriela Isler in the Philippines for Bb. Pilipinas 2014

Just in: 2013 Miss Universe Gabriela Isler just landed a few hours ago with Miss Universe President Paula Shugart. The reigning queen will be on hand until March 30 for the crowning of the new Miss Universe Philippines. She will be on hand to some activities prior to the Coronation Night which we will try to feature here.

Top Model of the World 2014: Janicel Lubina hopes to bring home the crown

Janicel Lubina, reigning Miss Bikini Philippines 2013 leaves today, March 27 for El Gouna, Red Sea to represent the Philippines to the Top Model of the World Contest this coming April 11.

Slimmers World Philippines, organizers of Miss Bikini Philippines partnered with Top Model of the World Philippines Ms. Caroline de Venecia which gave Janicel the right to represent PH to the international contest. Both camps have high hopes for Janicel to bring home the top award. She will aim to equal the feat of Michelle de Leon who won the Top Model of the World title for the Philippines in 2007. Past Filipina delegates to the international modeling tilt were: Lorena Pangan (3rd runner-up, 1995), Cherry Ann Chavez (semi-finalist, 1997), Elizabeth Sison (1998), Justine Gabionza (4th runner-up, 2002), Michelle de Leon (winner, 2007), Rosita Defino (Miss Congeniality, 2008), Christi Lynn McGarry (semi-finalist, 2010), Madison Elliot (2011), Christina Davis (2012) and Shermaine de Ramos (2013).


Miss Grand Philippines 2014: Separate pageant it is

Miss Grand Philippines will most likely come from another pageant and that the JDV delegates of Bb. Pilipinas 2014 will have to go to the same process once again to succeed Miss Grand Philippines 2013 Ali Forbes.

Do you consider this a good move for John Dela Vega? or should she just consider her ladies like Raquel Kabigting or Vessica Sambo for Miss Grand International?
