To my recent memory, there are several celebrities who have tried their luck for a Bb. Pilipinas crown, Wendy Valdez was Bb. Pilipinas 1st Runner Up in 2005 and Richell Angalot (Rich Asuncion) managed to secure a 1st Runner Up title in 2009. *Please add more celebrities if you remember anyone*

This year, Wynwyn is out to prove that she is not just the niece of Miss International 1979 Melanie Marquez nor the daughter of Joey Marquez and Alma Moreno, she is out to prove that she is indeed ready for a Bb. Pilipinas crown.

Backed by Aces and Queens, Wynwyn hopes she will land the crown on March 15.

She is part of the Top 5 of the Best in National Costume to which she donne a creation made by Frederick Peralta. The winner will be announced on the Finals Night at the Smart Araneta Coliseum

If there is one thing about BPCI these days, probably a push for more Filipino talent in their lineup, at their recent OBB shoot for Bb. Pilipinas 2015 saw the work of Jeffrey Rogador which had the official candidates and the reigning queens, Kris Tiffany Janson, Mary Jean Lastimosa, Bianca Guidotti and Yvethe Santiago wear the JPNY Collection.

If this is the start of something new definitely it will be a welcome it especially for us Bb. Pilipinas Charities is one of the biggest pageants to watch out for year after year.

It took a lot of delays before Mister International 2014/15 was mounted. On Valentine's Day, Jose Anmer Paredes of Venezuela (Mister International 2013) crowned Mister International Philippines 2014 Neil Perez as the winner of Mister International 2014/15 held in Seoul, Korea. 

The emotional Neil dedicate his victory to the Fallen 44 in Mamasapano last January 25.

Christi Lynn McGarry is one Bb. Pilipinas 2015 hopeful who cannot be considered to succeed Kris Tiffany Janson and become Bb. Pilipinas Intercontinental 2015.

You got me right, she was one like Lourenz Grace Remetillo (2013) when BPCI acquired the franchise for Supranational back then. Christi meanwhile represented the country to Miss Intercontinental 2010 when the original representative, Carla Jenina Lizardo did not compete at the time that Miss Intercontinental was still with Mutya ng Pilipinas. She managed to be a part of the Top 15 and Miss Intercontinental Asia & Oceania.

Christi or Ashley can still vie for three good crowns - Universe, International, Supranational - where would you place her by now?
