Miss Philippines Water 2012 Samantha Purvor had been surprised to know that she was named to be the representative of the country to Miss Grand International. The 25 year old elemental beauty queen in last year's Miss Philippines-Earth is no stranger to pageants, she joined Bb. Pilipinas 2011 (won by MU 3rd RU Shamcey Supsup) and Miss World Philippines 2011 (won by Gwendoline Ruais). Last year, she represented San Juan City and was later on crowned as Miss Philippines Water.
We just hope that Sam will be given notice first before any publicized announcements, as she confirms, she doesn't know about the representation to Miss Grand International.
