One of my favorite beauty queens of the 1990s, whom I just watched through Youtube (I'm just 24 by the way) when she was crowned as Bb. Pilipinas Universe 1993 is back home for good after staying in the United States for a period of time.
Melinda "Dindi" Gallardo was considered to have fought neck and neck with eventual Miss World 2nd Princess Ruffa Guttierrez that time and there was even that notion that Ruffa should have won the top crown.
