Miss World Philippines 2015 will be crowning its 5th queen tonight with Valerie Weigmann, Miss World Philippines 2014 on hand to crown her successor at the end of the event. The Coronation Night will happen at Solaire and will be telecast on GMA-7 9:55 PM.

When BPCI started calling the attention of Filipino Designers for the National Costume Competition, everybody got excited, we've seen the work of John Clivan for reigning Miss Globe 2015 Ann Lorraine Colis and now, Edwin Uy did a marvelous job on Parul Shah.

Sir Edwin describes his work as a combination of what Parul wore during the Bb. Pilipinas 2014 and Miss Earth 2013 Top 8 Finalist Angelee Delos Reyes costume during Miss Earth 2013.

At the end of the National Costume Competition, Parul was declared as a part of the Top 20, the award will be given out on the Finals Night on October 25.

Miss Global Philippines 2015: Mary Candice Ramos

The third annual Miss Global pageant will be held on October 22, 2015 (Thursday) at Resorts World, Manila with Ela Mino, reigning Miss Global on hand to crown her successor at the end of the event.

"We chose to hold the pageant in the Philippines this year because we have built a great relationship with our franchisee, the Miss Global Philippines Organization" said executive director Tea Mak. The country will play host to nearly 50 queens which includes Miss Global Philippines 2015 Mary Candice Ramos.

Miss Global caters to a different kind of beauty pageant participant, allowing single mothers to particpate and with age range from 18-35 years old. The slogan "empowering women, embracing culture and embodying the future within" speaks of a more diverse mission, which is beyond physical beauty.

Last year, Miss Global Philippines 2014 Catherine Almirante was the first representative winning the 2nd Runner Up placement. This year's Miss Global Philippines Candice Ramos, 28, from Vigan, Ilocos Sur is not new to the pageant scene as she was also part of the 2012 Miss Philippines Earth where she was crowned Miss Philippines - Eco Tourism. 

Miss Global along with MGP CEO Pauline Laping will be on hand to oversee the event leading to the coronation night.

BPCI's 2015 Queens started with a bang with the country's very first Miss Globe in Ann Lorraine Colis.

3rd RU - China
4th RU - France

Ann would be staying in Canada for a couple more days before going back to the country.

They say good things come to those who wait and for Bb. Pilipinas Tourism 2014 Parul Shah, having been considered by Madam Stella Marquez Araneta to be the country's first Bb. Pilipinas Grand International for 2015 is something to be thankful for.

Raymond Saldana captures Parul in the best way he can, chanelling the aura of a winner Parul is of every right. Parul is gearing up for her flight to Bangkok for the right to succeed reigning Miss Grand winner Lees Garcia of Cuba.

Indeed, Beauty Queens will always be "queens".

Gracing the FHM cover for October 2015 is Miss Philippines Tourism 2013 Cindy Miranda, Miss World Philippines 2008 Danielle Castano and Miss World Philippines 2012 Queenie Rehman. The three, who already finished their respective competitions under BPCI and the Miss World Philippines organizations look stunning even their respective competitions are over.
