Miss Universe Philippines 2011 and eventual Miss Universe 3rd Runner Up Shamcey Supsup would be gracing the Miss Universe stage once more as the correspondent to "On The Scene" the web-series on the official Miss Universe Youtube channel (www.youtube.com/OfficialMissUniverse.) She will be going to Las Vegas to take pageant fans behind the scenes as 89 contestants prepare for their respective events like the National Costume Competition on December 14.
