Last year, we've seen her in Miss World Philippines 2012 where I find her a bit off because she was too thin, making her seemed to look like undernourished. This year, 2013, Kaye Michelle Agnes returns to the pageant field once more crossing over from MWP to Bb. Pilipinas. She is one of those early applicants in the pageant and there is a remarkable improvement on her photo than when she joined Miss World Philippines.
