After John Clivan doing the national costume for Miss Globe 2015 Ann Colis and Edwin Uy creating the national costume for Miss Grand Philippines Parul Shah, Janicel Lubina would be going to Miss International 2015 with Leo Almodal as his National Costume Designer.
Janicel has previously did shoots for Almodal which shows that the designer and the beauty queen know each other perfectly.
Janicel is already in Japan and has joined the rest of the Miss International 2015 candidates for the right to succeed Valerie Hernandez of Puerto Rico. Janicel Lubina , Miss International 2015 , Miss International Philippines 2015
